Terms & Conditions

Please read the points below before joining any Corporate Riders ride, event or meetup.

By joining or participating in any Corporate Riders ride, event, meetup, or community activity, you agree to follow the terms and conditions listed below.
Every rider is responsible for their own safety, motorcycle, equipment, documents, and personal belongings during rides and events.
All riders must carry a valid driving licence, vehicle registration, insurance, and any other documents required by applicable law. Riders are responsible for ensuring that their motorcycle is legally permitted to operate on public roads.
All riders must follow applicable traffic laws, speed limits, road signs, and instructions from traffic authorities. Corporate Riders does not encourage speeding, racing, dangerous riding, stunts, or any other unlawful activity.
Riders are expected to wear appropriate safety gear, including a certified helmet. Protective riding gear is strongly recommended for every ride.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their motorcycle is in safe and roadworthy condition before joining a ride. Riders should check tyres, brakes, lights, fuel, fluids, and other essential components before departure.
Riding under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may affect riding ability is strictly prohibited. Any rider found participating in a ride under the influence may be removed from the ride or community.
Motorcycling involves inherent risks, including accidents, injury, property damage, weather conditions, road hazards, and mechanical failure. By participating in a Corporate Riders activity, each rider acknowledges these risks and participates voluntarily.
In the event of an accident or emergency, Corporate Riders members may assist to the extent reasonably possible. However, each rider remains primarily responsible for their own safety, medical treatment, insurance, and related expenses.
Participants should follow the ride briefing, designated route, regrouping points, and reasonable instructions provided by the ride organisers. Riders should maintain a safe distance from other motorcycles and avoid unnecessary overtaking or risky manoeuvres.
Corporate Riders is a community for responsible riding and social interaction. Racing, wheelies, burnouts, reckless overtaking, or other dangerous riding behaviour is not permitted during organised rides.
All members are expected to treat fellow riders, organisers, staff, local communities, and other road users with respect. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, abusive behaviour, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
Corporate Riders may photograph or record rides, events, and activities for community updates, social media, promotional content, or website use. Participants may appear in such photographs or recordings.
Ride routes, destinations, timings, meeting points, or events may be changed, postponed, or cancelled due to weather, road conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns, or other circumstances.
Unless specifically mentioned for a particular event, participants are responsible for their own fuel, food, accommodation, tolls, parking, repairs, medical expenses, and other personal expenses.
Corporate Riders reserves the right to refuse or restrict participation in any ride or community activity where a participant's behaviour may create a safety, legal, or community concern.
All participants must comply with applicable laws and regulations while participating in Corporate Riders activities. Nothing in these terms permits or encourages any illegal activity.
By registering for, joining, or participating in a Corporate Riders ride, meetup, or event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
